Weekly Market Stats - Week Ending June 15th

Attached are the weekly residential resale market stats for Durham, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland and their selected communities for the week ending June 15th - week 24 of 2025!  

Week 24 was marked by a continued increase in the number of active listings in all market areas once again.  Northumberland crossed 1,000 active listings for the first time this year.  We are also seeing the average number of days on market continue to climb as buyers continue to have more choice of inventory and are taking longer to make a buying decision.

Attached are the weekly residential resale market stats for Durham, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland and their selected communities for the week ending June 8th - week 23 of 2025!  

Week 23 was marked by a continued increase in the number of active listings and a significant decline in sales week over week in all market areas.

Attached are the weekly residential resale market stats for Durham, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland and their selected communities for the week ending June 1st - week 22 of 2025!  

Week 22 was marked by a continued increase in the number of active listings across all market places.  PLEASE NOTE: We have added average days on market stats to the weekly excel file.  We will look to add them to our pdf graphics moving forward.

Weeke Ending May 25th Stats

Attached are the weekly residential resale market stats for Durham, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland and their selected communities for the week ending May 25th - week 21 of 2025!  

Week 21 was marked by a continued increase in the number of active listings across all market places.  In Durham and Northumberland regions, this increase was further aided by the reduction in the number of sold properties in most market regions likely due to the holiday weekend.

Week 17 saw a return of market activity across most market areas following the Easter long weekend

Weekly Market Stats - Week Ending April 20th

 Attached are the weekly market stats for Durham, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland and selected communities for the week ending April 20th - week 16 of 2025!

Week 16 was marked by a sharp pullback in the number of new listings week over week in Durham and Northumberland and to a lesser extent across Peterborough region.  It was also marked by continual build up of active inventories across all regions and a significant drop in sales in Durham and Northumberland.  The Easter long weekend likely slowed down market activity in these areas. 

Weekly Market Stats - Week Ending April 13th

Attached are the weekly market stats for Durham, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland and selected communities for the week ending April 13th - week 15 of 2025!

Week 15 was marked by a slight increase in active listings across all market areas, a surge in sales volume in Northumberland and a continued market pullback in Kawartha Lakes.
